Refund Policy

Cancel any time. Refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to CatNormal (the "Service"), operated by Nylundmedia Inc. ("Nylundmedia", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Try before you buy — 30-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of premium features. You are not charged during the trial. If you don't want to be billed, cancel before the trial ends — you won't be charged, and your data stays viewable and exportable.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Premium is a recurring subscription offered on monthly and annual plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancelling — and what happens to your access

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep premium access through the end of the period you've already paid for. When access ends, your data is never deleted — it simply becomes read-only, and you can resubscribe any time.

Apple and Google bill your subscription

CatNormal Premium is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google act as the merchant of record for your purchase — they handle billing, receipts, and tax. Because they bill you directly, CatNormal cannot issue refunds for store purchases.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests go to the store you subscribed through, under that store's own refund policy: App Store (iOS) purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play (Android) purchases at support.google.com/googleplay. You can also manage or cancel your subscription any time in your store account settings.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, statutory warranty, or remedy you may have under applicable consumer-protection law — including the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) — that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
